During a 10hr work day, it is easy to get tired, make excuses, or to grab convenience food. But, your FOOD IS YOUR FUEL. So when I prepare my food for work days, I try to keep these ideas in mind... What will give me energy? What foods would heal my body? What tastes yummy? Today I had a Banana Bread Smoothie for breakfast, Nuts and berries for snack, Spaghetti Squash Chow Mein for lunch with cucumber and avocado, and a Larabar for afternoon snack.
